Open to The Trees is a minimalist house designed for the developer Jeff Hendrix in Fort Lauderdale Florida.
The developer Jeff Hendrix is also the contributor developer for the Contemporary Glass House in Florida. Jeff Hendrix has selected Rex Nichols Architects, one of the top 50 Coastal Architects by Oceans Home Magazine for the past four years to develop a unique house to embrace the beautiful native trees in Florida. The latest project, Open to The Trees a challenging contemporary house design, which the program request is all living architectural spaces with unobstructed views to the trees and pool. Locating the modern design master bedroom away from the perimeter of the building, allowed direct views from the master area to both trees and pool. Through the selected architectural firms in Florida designing contemporary houses, Rex Nichols architect started a new chapter Architect as Developer by developing townhouses with Green Park Group. Rex Nichols Architects RNA has been dedicated to the Miami contemporary architecture and minimalist architectural style, and has been included in the list of the top Fort Lauderdale architects for four years consecutively.
